~Rowan of Rin~

At the moment I have just finished reading the book I had been reading in Literature Circles which is, Rowan of Rin.
I had found the book very interesting and I want to read the next series of the book.
Each of the characters show different qualities and they have different personalities. I found Rowan of Rin a little bit confusing at times but it still has the fun and adventurous parts in it. I recommend everyone reading the book because it has a very interesting storyline to it which it has a lot of twist and turns happening in the story.
I’d like to know if the author has a message in the story to the person who is reading the book.
I personally think that the author who had written the book has a connection with the book in their past life because it seems like she does.
I’d like to know how old Rowan is because he seems like a very brave and calm person which in my opinion I think he’s around 14 years old.
Also are the characters in the story somehow related to each other in the story. Are they siblings or best friends or some sort? Because it seems like they have a great relationship with each other.
If the author has no connection with the story with her past, how did she think up of the story?
Did she see something happen?
Or did the story just pop up in her head?
I have found the book a really adventurous and jaw dropping book to read and I’m hoping to read more of the series.

The most thing that popped out the most to me in the book was, when there were poems in each chapter which were very mysterious.
Here’s one of the poems in the book…
“Let arms be still and voices be low,
A million eyes watch as you go.
The silken door your pathway ends,
There fire and light will be your friends.
Then see yourself as others may,
And catch noon’s eye to clear your way.”
I have found that the quotes in the chapter have a sign to it giving you an idea to what may happen next.

There are many other situations happening in the story which creates a lot of thinking to do.
But for every tragic situation that causes a lot of different emotions for each character but, there is always an solution for a good or bad situation.
At the time each one of them are showing Courage, Patience, and Self Control because they seem to know how to control their temper and to know what they’re doing. The main part in the story is when they’re all travelling up to the mountain to find out why the water wasn’t flowing in the river.
They all show team work with each other and friendship.

Emily Rodda is the author of Rowan of Rin and many other books for an example The Three Doors, Ronda, Deltora Quest, The Fairy Realm, Raven Hill Mysteries and Squeak Street Series.

The person reading this right now, I suggest that you go and find the book Rowan of Rin because you’ll never stop reading when you start.
I’ve enjoyed the book very much and I’m really happy that I had chosen this book to read.
Thank you for reading my blog! 🙂
